Every day is packed with on-field baseball training, cage work, strength sessions, and focused evening classes. Here’s what the week looks like.
A Ho’oilina Signature
Before hitting the field, athletes train where no other program trains — on the sands of Maui. Sand workouts build functional strength, athleticism, and a mindset that carries through every rep of the day.
Classroom introductions, on-field training, gym work, indoor sessions, and an evening class. Day one sets the standard.
